Admin can ban or unban user's IP in this panel, and there is a ban list in this panel with all the banned IP being listed here. As shown below:

You can enter the IP you need to ban and click Submit at the bottom of this panel, then the IP will appear in the Ban List. If you need to unban this IP, just click the Remove button in the Action field.
